One older tribesman, a man named Sapto who I developed a close relationship with, was a prime example of how effective this root is. Sapto had been taking it his whole life, as had many of the men, and even at his advanced age, he had the energy levels and sexual potency of men decades younger. As if I needed any more proof, his wife was also eager to tell me exactly how Tongkat Ali affects her husband’s sexual performance!

Arginine

Arginine is an amino acid that can be found in a number of different foods and should be in all male enhancement formulas as it directly affects the blood flow to the penis i.e. the process of getting an erection.

Arginine works in three stages: It encourages the production of Nitric Oxide, which allows the blood vessels to relax. When they do so, they become wider which means that more blood can flow to the penile chambers.
